As a member of the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce, I/We recognise that membership is a privilege and that it brings with it the responsibility to assure that all members understand and commit to the following membership undertaking.

The code of conduct shall, without limitation, require members to:

• Comply with the laws of Zimbabwe, established at all government levels.
• Conduct business and professional activities in a reputable manner so as to reflect honourably upon the Zimbabwean business community and fellow Chamber members.
• Participate in the functions and activities of the Chamber and lend business and professional expertise where possible.
• Abide by the Constitution & By-laws of the Chamber.
• Support, promote and have an understanding of the Chamber, along with its Mission, Vision and Goals to the business community.
• Observe the highest standards of ethics in rendering services based on the members’ own knowledge and expertise.
• Respect the reputation, profile and status of the Chamber and represent the Chamber accordingly.

Accepting this standard as the Member’s own, every Member pledges to observe the spirit of the code in all dealings and to conduct business in accordance with the Chamber By-Laws. Failure to do so may result in the termination of membership.
