- Establish partnerships with development partners to offer training programmes to ZNCC and non-ZNCC members
- Capacity building programmes for the enrichment of ZNCC staff members
- Collaborate with both public and private tertiary institutions in training programmes
- Steer the Training Centre towards registration with the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education with the ultimate objective of offering certified courses
